The Thought Process
In crafting this painting, I sought to imbue every element with layers of symbolism and meaning. Ahote, or “restless one” in Hopi, stands as a beacon of resilience, his figure cloaked in warm light against the deep blue backdrop, a visual metaphor for the contrast between hope and despair that pervades his odyssey.
