ACA IT Handbook
At ACA IT, we worked hard to simplify our processes, break down silos, and give our team the tools they need to succeed. The outcome is "The Things That Matter". A guide that brings us together, clarifies our operations, and speeds up onboarding for new team members.

Balancing Boldness with Function
Diving into cyberpunk design was challenging. With few resources, I had to grasp its design philosophy while making the content pop. Balancing cyberpunk’s bold look with the practical needs of a handbook required a lot of creativity and problem-solving. But with persistence, I managed to blend style with function, making sure every visual element supported the content’s clarity and impact.

Dynamic Layouts
Our design philosophy focused on keeping readers engaged. Instead of static layouts, we used a dynamic approach to constantly reinvent how information was presented, sparking curiosity and exploration. Each page was treated like a canvas, with changing designs that kept users interested. By blending text, images, and interactive elements, we turned "The Things That Matter" into an immersive digital experience.

Pushing Creativity
Working on this project wasn’t just about learning a new style; it was a growth experience for me. Embracing cyberpunk design pushed my creative limits and sharpened my skills in visual storytelling and layout. Through lots of experimentation and tweaking, I learned how design and content work together, using aesthetics to communicate more effectively.

Redefining Norms
"The Things That Matter" showcases our commitment to IT innovation. By using cyberpunk design, we broke conventions and helped our team tackle digital challenges with clarity. This project is a stepping stone for future work, where creativity drives us forward and the only limit is our imagination.
